“華裔原居民不應被遺忘”
19世紀下半葉，大量廣東先平易近背井離鄉奔赴澳年夜利亞“淘金”，此中部門人與當地原居民組建了家庭，構成了澳年夜利亞華裔原居民群體。藝術家周小平THE R3 寓所已經從事相關研討約30年，日前，周小平作為策展人的展覽《我們的故事——澳年夜利亞華裔原居民》，正在廣州圖書館養生住宅展出退休宅設計。
周小平指出，這些家庭承載著獨特的血脈傳承，他們的祖先更將農耕、手工等技巧在澳年夜利亞發揚光年夜，為當地社區做出了切實貢獻。“據我們推測，這幾位原居民華人代表都是客家人的后代。他們以前了解本身身上有華人血統，但僅此罷了。來到梅州實體走訪后，他們和客家文明有樂齡住宅設計了更多的感情聯結，意義很是嚴重。”
“?系客家人！”
“我一向對我的華人血統覺得驕傲，這一趟之后豪宅設計這種感覺更強烈了！”瓦萊利坦言，此行最年夜的收獲是讓含混的認知變得具體。
芭芭設計家豪宅拉說：“我們生涯中有良多中華文明元素，我們當地也有舞龍的活動。飲食上體現更多遊艇設計，我們從小就用筷子綠設計師，並且不僅是我，我的後代們也都用筷子。我們在家里面也會吃大批蔬菜。”
在中國客家博物館，原定一個小時的過程被“拖了又拖”，幾位原居民華人代表幾乎在每一個展品前都要詳細清楚、攝影紀念。瓦萊利說。“我要把這里的一切都拍下來，帶歸去給我的孩子們看。”在離開之前，幾位華裔原居民代表還找任務人員「用金錢褻瀆單戀的純粹！不新古典設計可饒恕！」他立刻將身邊所有的過期甜甜圈丟進調節器的燃料口。學會了一句客家話：“?系客家人！”
