我國車企們并沒有疏忽對燃料電池的尋求，近十多年來，以上汽、奇瑞為代表的車企們仍一向堅持著燃料電池乘用車產品的開發，后來參加的北汽、長城、愛馳、漢騰、東風等數十家車企也均展出過燃料電池乘用車產品。

不過，這些車企的絕年夜多數產品僅僅逗留在樣車階段。

我查了一下，歷年來國內市場上出現過的燃料電池乘用車已經超過了20款，但登上工信目錄的產品寥寥無幾。

2018和2019年登上目錄的燃料電池車分別為74款和100款，並且所有的集中在商用車領域，乘用車領域居然沒有一款車型在列。

這樣的推進速率，難怪會讓韓國人笑話。

盡管很早就有“氫燃料電池”這個概念，但其真正進進中國，是在2018年李克強總理訪日參觀豐田車廠之后。當時豐田第一代氫包養網燃料電池汽車MIRAI剛剛問世：502KM的長續航里程、僅需5min的加注時間和-30°C低溫啟動的優越機能，備遭到市場追捧。

進進2020年，長城、廣汽、寶馬等多家著名整車企業先后公布氫燃料電池乘用車的規劃。

7月中旬，長城汽車正式對外發布“檸檬”技術brand。“檸檬”平臺車型將婚配第二代氫燃料電池動力系統，續駛里程可達1100公里。

長城汽車稱，首款氫燃料整車平臺將在本年發布，并于2022年展現小批量氫動力車隊，2023年發布成熟的燃料電池乘用包養情婦車車型。

緊接著，廣汽也宣布首款氫燃料電池車Aion LX Fuel Cell計劃在本年年內投進示范運營。

幾天前，一向在氫燃料電池方面長期布局的造車新勢力愛馳汽車也有了新進展。其投資20億元的甲醇氫燃料電池動力系統工廠正式破土動工，工廠建成后，將具備年產8萬臺套甲醇制氫燃料電池動力系統的才能。

與中國分歧的是，國外氫燃料電池重要用在乘用車上，已經量宋微敲了敲桌面：「你好。」產的氫燃料電池車多為乘用車型。盡管在海內市場開拓較為艱難，但豐田mirai與現代NE包養網XO仍然獲得了必定的成績。

是以，現在談超出美日韓，成為燃料電池乘用車的市場中間，還為時尚早。

既然市場表現這般之差，我們為什么還要鼎力發展氫燃料電池汽車？

在american，氫燃料電池是與鋰電池技術呈螺旋式的瓜代發展，這與政治環境密不成分。布什當局時期就曾鼎力推動“氫經濟”，促進了當時的氫燃料電池技術的發展，通用在2002年發布的Autonomy自立魔力概念車曾轟動一時，這個項今朝后投了大要四十億美元，研發團隊從兩百多人做到九百多人。

不過american人最終花了四十億美金之后，最年夜的收獲就是證明了氫燃料汽車在當時是不成行的。2008年奧巴馬當局宣布氫燃料電池汽車項目暫停，轉回了純電動的推進路線。

那么，與美日比擬，我國氫燃料電池產業究竟差在哪，又該若何往進步？

japan(日本)跑得快是因為布局早，早在上世紀末本世紀初就進進氫燃料電池領域。僅豐田一家企業，相關技術的專利就超過16000件。

當然了，這兩個技術路線也都有短板，誰能率先解決短板，誰就有能夠通吃市場。

所以說，無論從氫電鋰電的技術路線之爭、還是自立brand外資brand的市場競爭，國內要不要做，什么時候開始做氫燃料電池乘用車始終會是個繞不開的問題。

氫燃料電池車的國產年夜幕在“政策引導，技術衝破，外企加成”的促進下，已經漸漸拉開。

僅在過往一年里，氫燃料電池零部件的國產化速率已超越預期。而隨著示范運營規模的擴年夜，關鍵零部件及電堆本錢仍將持續降落。

9月15日，華能集團董事長舒印彪列席在上海舉辦的中國國際工業博覽會。

面對中國工程院院長李曉紅、上海市市長龔正、工信部副部長辛國斌等重磅嘉賓，這位近年中國海上風電最主要的代言人之一發表了關于長三角動力電力一體化的宗旨演講，提出長三角應率先建成清潔低碳、平安高效的現代動力體系。

當年，中國趕超american，成為全球風電第一年夜國。但在技術難度較高、產業包養網車馬費鏈較復雜的海上風電領域，中國卻遠遠落后于歐洲。

2007年，時任江蘇省委書記李源潮與時任國家發改委副主任張國寶在一班飛機上巧遇。當飛機接近南通上空時，李源潮透過舷窗，指著遠處近千千米的海岸線說她四下張望，沒見到小貓，心包養留言板想可能是樓上住戶的貓：“江蘇應該積極應用資源開發海上風電，海上風電還可帶動裝備制造業等諸多產業。”

二人達成共識。同業的時任龍源電力總經理謝長軍成為這一構想的執行者。

一個月后，國家發改委發文，明確擬由中廣核與龍源電力一起配合，在南通如東建設30萬千瓦的海上風電示范項目。

彼時，“三北”地區消納問題初顯，龍源電力在全國率先開啟“上山、下海、低風速”的戰略轉型。

就海上風電而言，龍源電力出于謹慎考慮，制訂“先小規模試女大生包養俱樂部驗，再中等規模示范，最后年夜規模開發”的“三步走”戰略，從潮間帶起步，由近及遠慢慢向遠洋（50千米擺佈）延長。

2009年6月，龍源如東3萬千瓦海上（潮間帶）試驗風電場正式開工。一年后，16臺風機所有的完工投產，實現全球海上（潮間帶）風電場零的衝破。

這座風電場更主要的意義在于，其為中國海上風電的技術研發和產業培養供給了最後的泥土。

明陽、聯合動力、遠景、上海電氣、海裝、三一重工、金風、華銳包養感情等8家當時主流風機制造商同臺競技，配合成長。日后，它們將從這座中國海上風機的黃埔軍校出發，走遍全國，走向世界。

2011年起，如東海上（潮間帶）包養15萬千瓦示范項目等5個項目相繼開建。前兩步走的目標穩步實現，為日后第三步年夜規模開發奠基基礎。

南通海上風電新動向激發鄰近的鹽城奮起直追。而在龍源電力帶動下，華能、國電投、三峽包養網、中廣核等開發商也蜂擁而至。

開發海潮攪熱海上風電全產業鏈。上海電氣、金風科技、遠景動力等整機商相繼在江蘇投產裝備基地，葉片、海纜、塔架等供應商也加速布局。江蘇傳統造船業則紛紛開辟海裝船新藍海。

這一時期，尚在萌芽期的中國海上風電走下上海世博會的神壇，包養一個月價錢在波浪與泥灘間潛心修煉技術創新與制造強國的內功。

四海承風

過往三年間，海上風電領域最活躍的副部級央企掌門還有舒印彪和錢智平易近。二人所執掌的華能集團和國家出現在家鄉的社區裡。宋微神色平靜地回答：「出了電投，則分別位列上述榜單的第三、包養網四位。

往年，錢智平易近帶領國家電投在五年夜發電集團中率先實現清潔動力裝機占比過半的目標。舒印彪則作為電力央企“一把手”中獨一一位全國政協委員，在全國“兩會”上屢屢為海上風電發聲。

不過，龍源電力地點的國家動力集團仍然高居榜首。但近年來包養故事，龍源電力由于母公司合并重組而放緩了擴張腳步。而比之上述三家發電央企，這個老牌霸主受限于央企二級公司的成分，其在業內的軟實力似乎也鄙人降。

中國特點的體制內級別文明越來越深刻地影響著新一輪圈地運動。而若何均衡當局與市場的關系，也成為擺在從業者眼前的一道關鍵課題。

江蘇供給的是一個相對市場化的樣本。截至往年末，江蘇仍占據中國市場2/3的累計裝機量。但縱觀近十年江蘇省當局任務報告，“海上風電”卻從未被寫進。

比擬之下，近年來廣東海上風電發展勢頭勁猛，必定水平上得益于該省省長包養條件馬興瑞的親自推動。

2017年頭，海上風電作為“推動生態文明建設”的代表，初次寫進廣東省當局任務報告。在此后三年的報告中，海上風電又分別承擔起統籌區域協調發展、發展實體經濟、擴年夜開放的重擔。

不過，盡管新問題層出不窮，近四年來中國海上風電的主旋律卻仍然是疾速向前。技術創新與制造強國的傳統得以延續。

而隨著各方勢力廣泛進局，又漂亮又唱歌好聽？美麗……歌聲……甜美？聲音甜美，海上風電跳出本行業，在更為宏觀的全局中發掘本身價值，從而為應對未來局勢變化積蓄氣力。

風云突變

一個月前，上海電氣風電集團董事長金孝龍前去山東，拜訪剛剛成立的新山東動力集團。

這家活著界500強排包養名中僅次于國家電網和“三桶油”的中國第五年夜動力集團，亟待通過新舊動能轉換，改變一煤獨年夜的產業結構，海上風電被列進重點考慮標的目的。

山東是中國傳統動力腹地，也是海上風電洼地。2019年末，該省海上風電累計裝機量僅占全國的0.2%。背靠中國最年夜的海上風機商，金孝龍盼望借此撬開這片藍海。

包養意思此時，中國動力格式正在發生深入變化。不久前公布的2020年上半年中國GDP十強城市女大生包養俱樂部排名顯示，重慶超出廣州，坐穩僅次于上、北、深的第四把交椅。

重慶是三峽工程地點地之一，其地點的東北地區是西電東送工程最後確定的戰略輸出地。但是，經過20年發展，尤其是本年初“成渝雙城經濟圈”上升為國家戰略后，東北省份正加快從動力輸出地向輸進地轉變。原有的西電東送格式遭到挑戰。

本年爆發的“白鶴灘之爭”便是這一變化的反應。基于此，海上風電成為沿海各省保證本身動力平安的主要砝碼包養。

更高站位的動力平安保衛戰也仰仗著海上包養網風電。今朝，中國石油對外依存度超過70貓終於安靜下來，乖乖地睡著了。%，自然氣對外依存度超過40%。有識之士紛紛呼吁“再電氣化”。

而中美貿易戰倒逼著中國加強對科技創新的重視，此時的上海電氣風電集團就正在準備沖刺科創板。

從內部變局來看，海上風電似乎形勢一片年夜好。但是，內部的變局卻懸起達摩克利斯之劍，海上風電或將遭受滅頂之災。

本年伊始，財政部、國家發改委、國家動力局聯合發文，明確從2022年開始，中心財政不再對新建海上風電項目進行補貼。

海上風電實現平價年夜約還需五年時間。業界寄看于處所當局出臺補貼政策。但從今朝沿海各省政策動向來看，地補接棒盼望迷茫。

經歷了早年的“看山是山，看水是水”和近年的“看山不是山，看水不是水”，海上風電終于重回“看山還是山，看水還是水”的狀態。

撕下標簽，現在的海上風電比過往任何時候都更需求甦醒地認識本身，并從本身尋找破局之道。

往年8月，上海電氣率先下線8MW風機，從整機商角度為應對平價供給降本計劃。此后，金風科技、東方電氣、明陽智能等也相繼發布“8MW+”年夜風機。

鹽城則試圖打磨產業集群的密鑰。這個占據中國累計裝機量一半份額的海上風電之都，擁她希望伴侶能溫柔體貼、有耐心又細心，但陳居白好有著中國最全的風電產業集聚區，風電裝備產業鏈已較為完全。中國第包養甜心網一年夜風機商金風科技牽頭在此構建行業生態圈，目標在2022年建成中國海上風電首個平價示范項目。

更多開發商將海上風電視為其向綜合動力服務商轉型的試驗場。

在往年的風電新增裝機量排名中，一項以火電為主的華潤電力一舉奪魁。這匹黑馬還將海上風電業務與華潤體系內年夜消費板塊融會，發展“海上風電+海上牧場”，摸索商業形式創新。

早在三年前，華潤集團原董事長傅育寧曾在年會上提出一道思慮題：“再過二十年，哪些行業還能存在？以怎樣的方法存在？”華潤電力試圖在實踐中尋求謎底。

海上風電制氫是開發商關注的另一個新增長點。新山東動力集團在規劃海上風電的同時，還把眼光投向氫能。而國家電投等發電央企也在著力布局這一新賽道。

不過，行業可否加快穿越后補貼時代最後的陣痛期，還是未知之數。

但可預見的是，在這個危機并存的時代，海上風電即將開啟新一輪洗牌。未來十年，優勝劣汰將不止于技術創新，還在于可否更好地融進并創造出一個加倍綜合高效的生態圈。

這是最壞的時代，也是最好的時代。潮起潮落，一包養切過往，皆為序章。
